Freedom Side School is building an abolitionist school in Philly for young children impacted by mass incarceration where they can learn freedom, practice healing justice, and grow in a resourced school environment that cherishes them and prepares them to be visionaries and organizers for a better world. Come help us create this future!

Everyone is welcome regardless of your ability to support the school financially. This is a space for building support for the school, both by raising funds and by strengthening our ties to each other and our collective commitment to the project. If you are able to donate, we hope you will do so generously; if you are not, know that you are very welcome and we hope to see you there!

Accessibility Info: This will be an outdoor event hosted in a West Philly backyard. Food and drink will be offered and there will be seating available. The terrain of the yard is grass. Our hosts will make their restroom available to guests and just ask that you wear a mask when entering their home to use the restroom. Masks will be provided. There are about 5 outdoor steps to enter the home to access the restroom.
